1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClarityPlan (the “Service”), operated by Polaris Global Strategy (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

ClarityPlan is an AI-powered business planning tool that generates business plans, milestones, and coaching insights based on your inputs. The Service is for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on content generated by ClarityPlan.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You must create an account to use the full features of ClarityPlan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Account authentication is provided through Clerk.

4. Subscription & Pricing

  • ClarityPlan offers a subscription plan at $12/month CAD.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided after a business plan has been generated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You own the business plan content generated from your inputs. You are free to use, share, or distribute your generated plan as you see fit.
  • Our platform: ClarityPlan, including its design, code, AI system, branding, and all underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Polaris Global Strategy and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful. You may not use ClarityPlan to submit false information to lenders, government agencies, or grant programs. The business plan is a tool to support your planning — the accuracy of the content depends on the accuracy of your inputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClarityPlan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaris Global Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
